I. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world through Fedex.

II. What are your Methods of Payment?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express Discover and e-check through PayPal.

III. Is there any minimum requirement per order?

Yes there is a minimum requirement to some items, depending on which item you are ordering. For instance, invitation orders require a minimum of 100pcs per order. Please check the description of the item you are ordering to check the minimum quantity required.

Some items do not have minimum order requirement.

IV. How soon can I receive my order?

Most items are ready to ship within 7 days when your order was placed. Custom made items will take 14 to 21 days depending on quantity and availability.

Shipping will take another 2 to 4 days through FedEx.

V. How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is not yet included in the prices posted on our website. The final shipping cost will be charged-at-cost to you after you have placed your order. The actual shipping cost is determined by the weight and size of your package to be shipped.

All items are made at our shop so your shipment will come from only one source.

VI. What is your return policy?

All our items are made from the finest quality of materials and undergoes stringent quality control. We are 100% confident that you will be happy with your order. In any event that you wish to return a product that you have purchased from us, we will gladly do so without any questions asked as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging. Original shipping cost and the return shipping will be deducted from your payment. Refunds will be processed within 5 days after we have received the merchandise.

Items that are personalized in nature, engraved, edible, perishable, custom made, and clothing are not returnable.

VII. Is it safe to order from your site?

We use Paypal Secure Ordering facilities and Shopping Cart so you can be assured of safe ordering from our site.

VIII. Can I request for a sample of your product before placing the final order?

Some items are available for sampling and some are not. Please email us what you want so we can send you more information about it.

Yes, separate shipping costs will apply.

X. Can I request my order to be gift wrapped?

Yes, since all items are made at our shop, we can have it gift wrapped at minimal cost.

XI. What if you don’t have the items that I want but I wish to purchase it from you?

If it is something that is personalized in nature and it is something that is not available elsewhere, you may email us at info@creativebrideideas.com so we can determine if we can do it for you or not.

XII. I saw a product from another company and would like it to be copied, is it possible?

As we are also artists and creative designers, we respect the ideas by other designers. Hence, we do not wish to copy what they are offering. We will be happy to have your source as an inspiration in creating a more personalized look for you.
